Effective Date: July 11, 2026
Last Updated:July 11, 2026

Atthus Games respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how Atthus Games collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you access or use our games, demos, playtests, websites, applications, customer support channels, online features, and related services.

In this Privacy Policy, these products and services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

1. Who We Are

Atthus Games is the commercial name used by:

Legal Entity: Atthus Desenvolvimento de Software LTDA
Country: Brazil
Privacy Contact: privacy@atthus.games
Website: atthus.games

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Atthus Games is generally the controller of the personal data described in this Privacy Policy, except where a third-party service provider independently determines how and why certain information is processed.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Games published or developed by Atthus Games;

Our Services may also be distributed through third-party platforms such as Steam, Epic Games Store, Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, or other distribution platforms. Those platforms process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

3. Information We May Collect

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on your location and the circumstances, we may rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

Consent

We may process information when you have provided clear permission, such as when you agree to optional analytics, marketing, or another optional feature.

You may withdraw your consent at any time through the privacy controls available in the applicable Service or by contacting us.

When consent is withdrawn, we will stop the affected future processing and automatically initiate deletion of the data collected on the basis of that consent, subject to the limited legal, security, backup, and technical exceptions described in this Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal does not make processing performed before the withdrawal unlawful.

Performance of a Contract

We may process information when necessary to provide a game, account, purchase, cloud save, multiplayer feature, customer support service, or other Service you requested.

Legitimate Interests

We may process information when reasonably necessary for legitimate business interests, including:

  • Improving game design;
  • Understanding general player behavior;
  • Maintaining and securing the Services;
  • Detecting fraud and abuse;
  • Diagnosing technical problems;
  • Protecting our legal rights.

When relying on legitimate interests, we consider whether our interests are overridden by your privacy rights and expectations.

Legal Obligations

We may process information to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, security, or law enforcement requirements.

Protection of Rights and Safety

In limited circumstances, we may process information to protect the vital interests, safety, or legal rights of a person.

7. Unity Analytics

Some of our games use or may use Unity Analytics, a service provided by Unity Technologies.

Unity Analytics helps us understand how our games are played and how we can improve gameplay, balancing, progression, accessibility, stability, and performance.

Depending on the game configuration, Unity Analytics may process information such as:

  • Installation, application, and session identifiers;
  • Device and operating system information;
  • IP address and approximate geographic location;
  • Game version, platform, language, and region;
  • Session frequency and duration;
  • Gameplay progression;
  • Levels, stages, missions, or areas entered or completed;
  • In-game actions and feature usage;
  • Custom gameplay events configured by Atthus Games;
  • Technical, diagnostic, and performance information;
  • Purchase-related events that do not include complete payment information.

We use this information only to operate, analyze, maintain, and improve our games and related Services.

We do not use Unity Analytics to collect names, email addresses, private messages, payment card details, or other information that directly identifies a player through our custom gameplay events.

Where consent is required, optional analytics will only be enabled after the player has provided permission.

Players may decline analytics or withdraw previously granted consent through the privacy controls available in the game.

When a player withdraws analytics consent, we will:

  • Stop future optional analytics collection;
  • Automatically initiate the deletion of analytics data associated with the relevant installation or identifier from systems under our control;
  • Send an applicable deletion request to the analytics provider where technically supported and legally required.

Deletion may not be immediate in all systems. Limited copies may temporarily remain in security backups until they are overwritten, and certain information may be retained when required by law, necessary to protect the security of the Services, or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Unity may process information on our behalf and may also process certain information according to its own legal responsibilities and privacy terms.

You can learn more by reading the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy

The use of the Unity game engine does not mean that Unity Ads, personalized advertising, or targeted advertising is enabled.

Atthus Games does not use Unity Analytics data for targeted advertising.

Our websites and web-based Services may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, pixels, and similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

  • Keep websites functioning;
  • Remember preferences;
  • Maintain security;
  • Measure website performance;
  • Understand visitor activity;
  • Diagnose errors;
  • Provide optional analytics or advertising.

Where required by law, non-essential technologies will not be used without the appropriate consent.

You may be able to control cookies through our consent interface or your browser settings. Blocking certain technologies may affect website functionality.

9. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

Service Providers

We may use companies that provide:

  • Analytics;
  • Cloud hosting;
  • Data storage;
  • Crash reporting;
  • Customer support;
  • Authentication;
  • Multiplayer infrastructure;
  • Email delivery;
  • Website hosting;
  • Security;
  • Payment or purchase validation;
  • Development and operational tools.

These providers may process information only as permitted by their agreements with us, their own legal responsibilities, and applicable law.

Platform and Storefront Operators

We may share or receive information from platforms used to distribute, authenticate, operate, or process purchases for our games.

Professional Advisers

Information may be shared with lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, or other professional advisers where reasonably necessary.

Authorities and Legal Recipients

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law;
  • Respond to a valid court order, subpoena, warrant, or government request;
  • Protect the security or integrity of the Services;
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, threats, or illegal activity;
  • Protect the rights, safety, or property of Atthus Games, our users, or others.

Corporate Changes or Transfer of a Game

If Atthus Games undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of ownership of a game or Service, relevant information may be transferred as part of that operation.

Such a transfer is not a sale of personal data for advertising, data brokerage, or independent commercial exploitation.

Any successor or recipient must continue to protect the information consistently with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where legally required, we will provide notice before the information becomes subject to materially different privacy practices.

With Your Direction or Consent

We may share information when you request, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.

Aggregated or De-identified Information

We may use and share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.

10. We Never Sell Personal Data

Atthus Games does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise exchange personal data for money or other commercial consideration.

We do not share personal data for:

  • Cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • Targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated services;
  • Data brokerage;
  • The creation of advertising profiles for third parties;
  • The independent marketing purposes of unrelated companies.

This commitment applies to all Atthus Games games, websites, applications, demos, playtests, and related Services.

We may provide limited information to service providers that perform necessary functions on our behalf, such as analytics, hosting, crash reporting, customer support, security, cloud storage, authentication, and game distribution.

Providing information to these service providers is not considered a sale. They may only process information for the purposes of providing their services, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when legally required, necessary to protect users or the Services, or connected to a legitimate corporate transaction, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Aggregated or properly de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify an individual may be used to understand general gameplay patterns and improve our Services.

11. International Data Transfers

Atthus Games is based in Brazil, but our providers, distribution platforms, and infrastructure may operate in other countries.

As a result, information may be processed in Brazil, the United States, countries in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions where our providers maintain operations.

These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include:

  • Contractual data protection commitments;
  • Standard contractual clauses;
  • Approved international transfer mechanisms;
  • Data processing agreements;
  • Security and confidentiality requirements;
  • Other safeguards permitted under applicable law.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide and operate the Services;
  • Maintain game progress, accounts, or purchases;
  • Understand and improve gameplay;
  • Diagnose technical problems;
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse;
  • Respond to support requests;
  • Comply with legal obligations;
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Gameplay analytics should generally be retained only for as long as they remain useful for legitimate game development, balancing, performance, and statistical analysis.

When information is no longer necessary, we will delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.

Withdrawal of Consent

When processing is based on consent and the player withdraws that consent, we will automatically initiate the deletion of the affected data from our active records.

Where the information is held by a service provider acting on our behalf, we will also initiate the applicable deletion process with that provider when technically supported.

After consent is withdrawn:

  • Future optional collection will be stopped;
  • Data associated with the applicable installation, account, or identifier will be scheduled for deletion;
  • Data that has already been irreversibly anonymized or aggregated may be retained because it can no longer reasonably identify the player.

Deletion may take a reasonable period to complete across active systems, service providers, and technical infrastructure.

Information may remain temporarily in backups until those backups are overwritten or expire. We will not restore deleted information from a backup for ordinary business use.

We may retain limited information when necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law;
  • Maintain transaction or accounting records;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  • Resolve disputes;
  • Enforce our agreements;
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

Depending on the nature of the Service, these measures may include:

  • Encrypted network communications;
  • Access controls;
  • Authentication controls;
  • Limited employee or contractor access;
  • Secure development practices;
  • Logging and monitoring;
  • Data minimization;
  • Provider security reviews;
  • Backup and recovery procedures.

No method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a personal data incident, we will investigate it and provide notifications to affected individuals or authorities when required by law.

14. Your Privacy Choices

We aim to provide clear and accessible privacy controls.

Analytics

Where optional analytics is used, you may:

  • Allow analytics collection;
  • Decline analytics collection;
  • Withdraw previously granted consent;
  • Stop future optional analytics collection;
  • Initiate deletion of analytics data associated with your installation or account.

These controls may be available through:

Settings → Privacy

The exact name and location of the privacy menu may vary depending on the game and platform.

When you withdraw consent through the game’s privacy settings, the game will automatically initiate the process described in Section 12.

Uninstalling a game may stop future collection from that installation, but it does not necessarily communicate a deletion request. To ensure that a deletion process is initiated, use the in-game privacy control before uninstalling or contact us.

Marketing Communications

We will only send optional marketing communications when permitted by applicable law.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in the communication or by contacting us.

We may still send necessary communications concerning:

  • Security;
  • Accounts;
  • Purchases;
  • Support requests;
  • Legal notices;
  • Important changes to a Service.

Platform Controls

Third-party platforms may provide additional controls for account information, multiplayer features, cloud saves, achievements, purchases, social features, and platform-level analytics.

Those controls are managed independently by the relevant platform provider.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including the right to:

  • Ask whether we process your personal data;
  • Request access to your personal data;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Request deletion of your personal data;
  • Withdraw consent;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Request a portable copy of certain information;
  • Receive information about how your data is used and shared;
  • Submit a complaint to the appropriate data protection authority.

These rights may be subject to legal limitations or exceptions.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will only ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity, locate the relevant data, and prevent unauthorized access or deletion.

To submit a request, contact:

Email: privacy@atthus.games
Subject: Privacy Request

Please include, when available:

  • The name of the game or Service;
  • The platform you used;
  • Your country or region;
  • The type of request;
  • Your account, installation, or player identifier;
  • Any other information that may help us locate the relevant records.

Do not send passwords, complete payment card information, government identification documents, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You will not be discriminated against or denied the core functionality of a purchased game merely because you exercised a privacy right or declined optional analytics.

16. Children and Teenagers

Our games may have different content ratings and intended audiences.

Unless a game or related notice expressly states otherwise, our Services are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children under 13 in the United States or below the minimum age established by applicable local law.

Some games may nevertheless be suitable for or likely to be accessed by children or teenagers. When this occurs, we seek to apply age-appropriate protections and process their information in accordance with applicable child and teenager protection laws.

Where required, we may:

  • Use age assurance or age-screening mechanisms;
  • Request parental or guardian authorization;
  • Limit the collection of personal data;
  • Disable or restrict optional analytics;
  • Disable or restrict behavioral advertising;
  • Apply privacy-protective settings by default;
  • Restrict communication or social features;
  • Provide parental supervision tools;
  • Provide age-appropriate notices;
  • Avoid unnecessary profiling;
  • Limit purchases or monetization features;
  • Apply additional safety and moderation measures.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in a manner that requires verified parental consent without obtaining that consent.

We do not knowingly sell children’s personal information or use it for targeted advertising where prohibited.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information without the required authorization may contact us. We will investigate the request and delete or restrict the information where required.

17. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We may use gameplay information to create player segments or analyze patterns, such as:

  • New or returning players;
  • Progression stages;
  • Difficulty patterns;
  • Feature engagement;
  • Play frequency;
  • Technical performance groups.

These analyses may be used to improve balancing, test content, personalize non-essential gameplay experiences, or understand general player behavior.

We do not use gameplay analytics to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning players.

Where applicable law grants rights related to automated decision-making, you may contact us for more information.

18. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, stores, community pages, social networks, streaming services, or other services.

Atthus Games is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when:

  • Our games or features change;
  • We introduce new providers;
  • We adopt new technologies;
  • Our data practices change;
  • Legal or regulatory requirements change;
  • We need to clarify existing information.

We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made.

When required by law, we may also provide an in-game notice, website notice, consent request, email, or other prominent notification.

Material changes will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Privacy Policy.

20. Language

This Privacy Policy may be translated into other languages.

If there is a conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
